It looks as if another tour is around the corner for Bob Seger.

The iconic Detroit rocker has just posted a not-so-cryptic video teaser at BobSeger.com, a clip that features stage photos, a U.S. map highlighting states such as Michigan, Ohio and New York, and a simple message: “Stay tuned.â€

An announcement of some kind is expected Thursday morning, though specific show details and ticket information will likely come later. (Big shows are often announced on Fridays.) Tickets would probably go on sale within the next several weeks. It would be 65-year-old Seger’s first tour in four years — a much briefer gap than the decade he’d spent off the stage prior to that.

That 2006-’07 tour included 10 sold-out shows in his native Michigan, including a pair of wrap-up dates at Cobo Arena in Detroit.

Check back to Freep.com for details.
